Cancellation Policy
I require at least 24 hours advance notice for any cancellations or reschedules. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service cost. If you no show, you will be charged 100% of your service cost.
Late Arrival
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule in which case you will be charged 25% of your service cost.
Guests/Children
Guests and children are not permitted into the studio during appointments due to insurance requirements and sterilization protocols. Additionally I need to be able to give my clients 100% of my attention. This policy does not apply to consultation appointments where a guest or child(ren) are welcome if client desires. Exceptions are made when a translator is required.
