Cancellation Policy
I require at least 24 hours advance notice for any cancellations or reschedules. As long you give 24 hours notice, no fees will apply. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 25% of your service cost. If you no show, you will be charged 100% of your service cost.
Late Arrival
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule in which case my standard cancellation policy will apply.
Guests/Children
Guests and children are not permitted into the studio during appointments due to insurance requirements and sterilization protocols. Additionally I need to be able to give my clients 100% of my attention. This policy does not apply to consultation appointments where a guest or child(ren) are welcome if client desires. Exceptions are made when a translator is required.
Masks
Clients are required to wear a mask for their entire appointment unless fully vaccinated.
