As of October 2019 Rain City Brows is NO LONGER LOCATED IN EDMONDS, WA. My family and I moved out of state and I am now located inside Amanda Rose Aesthetics in Sterling, VA! My name is JoAnna and I am the owner of Rain City Brows. I started Rain City Brows in June 2017 after a lifelong obsession with all things brows! Even before the brow craze of today, I was always passionate about beautiful, symmetrical brows that frame and compliment the face. I take microblading extremely seriously. I understand that this is your face! This is your hard-earned money! This is a very big deal! I understand fears and anxiety that can come with this type of appointment. And I will dedicate every single second I have with you to creating the most perfect brow for YOU. My clients are involved in the process every step of the way.
